I'm OK with Team A performing anything, but when will HKT get their own stage? Or least get Team E to have their original stage first...

Yes, you hit the spot. Mokugekisha is the 6th Stage of Team A.

So happy about the timing of the new stage. Good thing they made a new original stage after the shuffle this time.

It says they're doing Mokugekisha, so not an original stage

I think that what it's saying is that this is the first new stage in 5 years since Mokugekisha.

They said that this will the new stage since Mokugekisha in 2010.

Oh AkiP, why you only can make A as priority. You said someday in ANN that you'll make a stage for S and H, but, the truth? Bullshit. Even you never make an original stage for E, REINYAN REQUESTED M, BII, H, KIV, even for overseas group. Damn you Aki, if you can't make it yourself, you can ask your friend for writing songs for them or you can make an audition for somgwriters, so, if someday you tired of writing a song, you can put it on them. Do that please if you won't disband the groups just because you're tired.

    Nah~
It's kinda unfair that all but A don't get a new stage...
And, what about HKT48? When do they get their own stages? xD

Precisely. The mention of Mokugekisha caused some confusion on twitter too, but this is a new stage (hence the huge delay).

Patience young padawan :p I'm sure they'll get theirs eventually, assuming this new stage does well.

wat? WHAT? I think I'm gonna cry. T__T
And team A makes sense in my opinion. Considering the anniversary thing going on, it should be AKB, and team A makes more sense than K or 4.

^ what @wlerin said. New stages will be coming for all, Aki-Slowpoke mentioned a while ago that he was finishing some off for various teams, H included I believe, so we have that to look forward to :D In the meantime, enjoy this! :D

If it's a new stage - which I gather it is - then I am super excited for the songs, units and just everything :D
We could predict the units and who won't make it in, but is it too early?

Wouldn't have minded Mokugekisha, mind you, as someone would have had to do a Takamina solo ;)

Team A receiving the first new stage is simply the order of precedence within the group. If AKB48 is indeed a 10-year plan then the 10th anniversary will mark the new era and a more harmonious transition could be started by following seniority among the Team's. The [japanese] fans are less likely to argue when the handing out of the new stages is determined by primacy.

I think people screaming about the new stages need to chill. AKB is the first group, thus they will get the stages first. I'm CERTAIN, now what A, K, B, and 4 have gotten new stages, SKE will be next and so on. So just wait.

    OMG

My heart skipped a beat when people mentioned A6.... then I was slightly disappointed, until I realized that that means a new stage :)

What better way to start post-Takamina AKB than a new stage for Team A? I'm thrilled with this.

AND: Wake up people. This is a new stage. And this has been after several years of no new stages, so I'm quite certain they're coming as a batch. The fact that there IS a new stage only screams that there have gotta more planned out for other teams, so I'm pretty confident this isn't the only new stage we're gonna be getting in 2016.

But have you noticed that all the other teams stages start during 2015? Team A's stage is the only stage that starts in 2016. I would assume this means that the other teams will be getting new stages later on in the year of 2016 and then once management has completed the rest of the teams stages, they'll do the sister groups in order of seniority.
