I was listening to Nogi's songs (back in March) when youtube (playing in background) started a song I never heard. It was Silent Majority. I was curious and looked up at title and video. I watched the video 3 times in a row.

The point is that the melody, the uniforms and YURINA did catch up my attention. I don't know if the same result would be achieved with another girl.
Maybe Yurina was pushed but I think it was a well-thought push.

We saw SM got very good sales on Rekochou (digital sales) so the song appealed to casuals* too. And that's great. But casuals don't watch Keyakitte, don't know about the radio program neither know about the upcoming Drama. They know about a cool group of girls who performed a catchy and cool music. The 2nd single's job is to convert those causal in fans. That's why I think they should stick with Yurina center for this time too. Don't change the winning formula. For now.

*casual = doesn't know about idol world. Just likes music.

Another great song, experimental but catchy. If I described it you wouldn't think it sounds like a Keyaki song but it does.

someone already posted the radio rip, although this probably will get deleted soon.

The song is good imo. The intro is catchy, though I think the chorus could be better than this.

Damn i already love this song lol :1st:
Keyakizaka keep getting a good song for two consecutive singles, that's nice track record for them.
But they set such a high standard again for their next singles, i wonder if they can maintain it

It sounds like a Nogi song, imo. I don't really like the talking parts. Feels jarring to me and doesn't fit with the rest of the song. Maybe if it was rap it would sound better? I don't know. The rest of the song is ok.

I agree. Of course, about melody-side only. Not really fan of very fast singed parts.
Also, I too think the MV can make a big difference.

The talking part feels so..forced? Can't really put it in words, just weird.
So far doesn't do anything for me, maybe the MV is good. Man I hoped for a song like Inochi, this feels like an average Nogi song -.-

Hope and Pray for a good MV and amazing B-Sides.

I think the poems are annoying and disrupting the flow lol, but its a nice song overall.

For the center drama, ofcourse its all about popularity. Popularity pretty much justifies any position including the center. Anti cases like Ikoma happens because she dont have the popularity to justify her front position.

The refrain is less impactful than Silent majority, but it is catchy, easy to listen, and i really like the instrumentals, especially the piano.

    I like the talking part.

If they bring a good choregraphy, it may be another hit on keyakizaka sleeves.
