Just got an email from HMV about next month's ExTaishu [Ex (イーエックス)大衆 2016年 12月号].
Looks like Shiichan and Current 3rd Gen Center Oozono Momoko [Momoppi] are going to be in the special feature article.

Weird to find Kubo Shiori's forum way back on the third page nestled amongst Wada Maaya and Nojou Ami threads. I thought she was more popular than that! Hey, Kubo fans, where you at?!!

 

Actually, she is very popular right now. The comment on her blog is always more than a thousands. It's weird to see her thread is so quiet.

Somehow, her big and bright eyes reminds me with Miona's eyes.

 

That's why I was wondering were her supporters are at. She was always a highly regarded 3rd gen so I would've suspected that a sliver of stage48 population would've been posting in this thread cheering her on. She somehow reminds me of MaiMai...

I've watched this weeks ago but for the sake of this thread I will comment now
Yep she can sing. Not on diva level, but definitely sufficient, if not more than enough, for an idol. Arguably she's on par with some veteran idols with more experience, not to mention she still has lots of room for improvement.

Actually at the very D-day of 3rd gen member announcement, my eyes were set on her, even before I know her name. Liking a person without knowing anything about them is just a gamble, but I was feeling lucky, so yeah. Looks like I dealt a good hand after all haha.

From her blogs, she sounds like a determined person. Shy at first, but easily motivated. She said a lot of times that she wants to change herself for the better. Good mentality to go, I suppose.

Right now we don't really have much material to discuss, as it will just be her recent blog, or snippets from magazines that feature her. Hopefully after Kojichuu we will gather more trivia about her.

*Fingers crossed she could maintain the upper hand she has right now as 'new Gosanke' and be one of Nogi's front members in the future*
*Lowkey hoping she is the center for Sanbanme no Kaze even though it's unlikely, as it will be Momoko*

 

Either way, I'd be very happy since both girls are now neck & neck my 3rd Gen favorite...

 

maybe it's because I like her voice, but I'd say that her singing is definitely more than enough. from your description she seems to be very likeable, and while I personally haven't followed Nogi for a while, she definitely makes me want to follow Nogi again.

 

Ahh, so quiet here again. I've have been watching Sanbanme for the n'th time. It's been a toss up between Momoko and Shiori but now I'm liking this girl more. With all those 3rd Gen close-ups, she's a real beauty. I might settle with my 3rd Gen Oshi any time soon.

I am in a dilemma to decide who is my 3rd gen favorite between Yamashita and Kubo. They both have calm and peaceful eyes.

Anyway, what is the official nickname for her? Kubochan? Shiichan?

Zukkii is popular, I see lots of good comments about her even in some thread they say she was called ace, I don't know in which Nogi show, so I'm also wondering if they will eventually put her in that position. Well, doesn't matter to me, Shiori is doing good herself. Stage48 only puts Kubochan, eehhh, I'll just call her Shiori . . .
