【Having a break】Rikachan (Nakai Rika) has gone through three days of concerts in a row.
She worked today too, but it was visiting various places and having lots of delicious food.
These last days were a succession of rehearsals and performances, so I think today served her as a break (I could properly talk to her after a long time too).
I'll inform everyone what this work is about some other day.

【Toyama】Rikachan (Nakai Rika) will appear on a series of videos as part of a project from Toyama prefecture to promote employment. The promo will be used within the prefecture.
Come and rediscover the charm of Toyama, visiting various places in the prefecture with the themes "Retro Classical" and "Instagrammable Spots."
It is scheduled to be release in February. Look forward to it.

The prefecture to release a promotional video to the students in the prefecture

The prefecture of Toyama will release a promotional video to the college students that came from other prefectures, appealing how good a place to live Toyama is, so that they get a job — and remain — in the prefecture after graduating.
Out of the approx. 2923 college and junior college students that were admitted in the universities in Toyama last Spring, 1541 — more than half — had come from other prefectures. But at the same period, only 20% of the graduates that got a job in companies in Toyama represented these people who came from other prefectures.

NGT48 Nakai's appointment

The video aims to appeal the charm of Toyama from the viewpoint of Ms Nakai — who has experience working in another prefecture — so that these students from prefectures discover a new qualities of Toyama.
Both videos, themed "Retro Classical" and "Instagrammable Spots" are approximately 5 minutes long.
They are scheduled to be released on specific video sites of companies in the prefecture as well as on the video broadcast site "YouTube."

I still don't know what they want to do with this show, but I liked the last episode very much because of the guests, especially King Kong Nishino -- the same guy of those 24-hour 48-hour Showrooms and that wrote the book "Poupelle of Chimney Town". And Rikachan excited along with that "crazy" (ex ?) politician woman.
Minimum appeal for the college girls, tho. They might be upset with it.

Hakuchuumu is just "okay". I guess it all depends on the theme of each episode. Some are interesting but others are very boring. I think it's interesting when Rikachan not only listens to people talking but rather interacts with the theme, like the rap one (incredibly I liked that weird stuff) and that episode in which she wore that odd clothes and they analyzed her drawings.

Let's hope this meeting bears some fruit. A Rika Ran would be great after Hakuchuumu ends. It could be a drama/series role too, but I think a TV show suits her better.

The rakugoka[1] Shunputei Koasa[2] has made an impassioned speech about NGT48's Nakai Rika's charm. He predicted "If everything goes well, she may rank 16th at this year's AKB48's General Election".

Koasa appeared as a guest on TV Tokyo's show "Chimata no Hanashi"[3] on January 29. When a recorded video was played showing a man who had just attended to Nakai Rika's solo concert, Koasa, who is a huge fan of AKB48 Group, couldn't hide his excitement "Yes! Yes!" He watched the video with a smile, nodding at times.

After watching the video, Koasa commented "There's a prejudice when you say you like AKB48 Group, but did you see that old man's happy face? If somebody can be that happy, I'd say let him alone."

In addition, Koasa said heartily "Nakai Rika is great!" He made an impassioned speech about Nakai's charm "She's like a little devil, but she's smart, to begin with. She's delicate, gentle, anyway, loveable, but she pretends to be a bad girl. She's such a cute girl." Nevertheless, he has never met Nakai in person, all this is just his impressions by checking her streamings.

Koasa predicted "In this year's AKB48's General Election, the Selection is up to 16th place. If everything goes well, she may rank at 16th. If not, she may still stand around 17th or 18th." But the host of the show, the rakugoka Shofukutei Tsurube[4] just smiled wryly. Koasa teased him "You don't have interest in AKB48, do you? It's written all over your face." Even tough, Koasa continued talking about AKB after that ...

Here's a very rough transcription of what she says (I may have missed something):

This is not what Rikachan should or shouldn't do. It's just me who became an old lady as an idol.

I'm no longer participating in the General Election.

"I'll run the General Election! I'll dispute with everyone!" that feeling of Rikachan's is great now.

In part because I'm not participating in the General Election anymore, I feel like living the idol's old age.

I think she tries as hard as she can. She's still young too.

I guess she considers fans and antis as people as a whole. I think this is perfectly fine.

It's interesting that there's someone like her.

We need someone like her at high positions in the General Election, so things don't get humdrum.
