I hope so. Having something is better than nothing. Also, it might be better than the rumoured list of Majisuka Gakuen 6 member list leak.

I believe it's a rumor about a new season for majisuka gakuen or something on that line.

 

Probably a spin off from the series because its called "Maji Muri Gakuen"

 

The tweet says that there will be a new Majisuka Gakuen (Majimuri Gakuen) that will air in July, with Yuiyui (as lead role I guess). The photo also has Hana of HKT LOL so they might be the 2 lead roles. well I personally don't mind if this is true, I agree that having something is better than nothing. but the Hana push though it's quite amazing LOL I guess management picked between their new gen 48G pushes = Yuiyui / Satopii / Yunana / Ayaka / Hana. I wonder what will happen if Hana doesn't rank high this year in elections though

 

Ironically, "Maji Muri" is exactly what I think of the management's stubborn efforts to make fans like Matsuoka Hana.

I wouldn't call this Majijo 6 tho. It's a "spin-off", like Cabasuka.

 

Well.. looks like Matsuoka Hana's advocate on staff is still pulling through for her regardless if she wasn't center for a single.

Now we get to find out if Matsuoka Hana is as bad at acting as Shimazaki Haruka and Miyawaki Sakura were when they were first handed the starring role.

But based on that one episode in Cabasuka Gakuen, I think she has already demonstrated that she's not. She can actually change her facial expressions and convey different emotions in different scenes-- two things neither Paru nor Sakura ever demonstrated the ability to do in all of the AKB48 dramas they starred in.

So... maybe it will be an improvement. Assuming they don't try to make it "mature" like they did Majisuka 5 and turn out depressing shlock again.

lets see if the body count will exceed MG5 I hope they will give 1 episode for Hiragana or maybe 3 mins in each episode like Team Hormone.

 

As long as Seina gets more than a 'blink and you miss it' role, I'll go with it.

 

With Hiragana Keyakizaka? This should be interesting, hopefully people will pay more attention to the Hiraganas aswell once they appear

 

The six Hiragana members are all probable front members, and have shown acting ability in their TV drama Re:Mind or their stage play Ayumi: Kakizaki Memi, Katou Shiho, Kosaka Nao, Saitou Kyouko, Sasaki Mirei, Watanabe Miho. Miho and Nao are 2gens, the others 1gens. I'm sorry, but I don't know the AKB members. Why would they choose them: age, sub-group, skill, previous experience?

More surprises from Akimoto-sensei, who is listed for "original draft," as usual. With the summer call for auditions covering all three Sakamichi groups, it looks as if Aki-P is looking for cross-fertilization of some kind. Or else he and Sony are just really intent on pushing Hiragana forward, as they have been doing, even to the extent of giving them experience with their big sisters' big sisters. If all this is true.

I'm not sure I love the new Hiragana song that will be the theme, but the recorded sound of their voices is really good, I think: smooth and rich. The song was made public on a radio show hosted by Nagahama Neru, whose voice you hear introducing it. This is apparently the main song on their June 20 album, and would be the first big song the two gens do together as a group of 20.

 

This might actually be... not bad?

At least visually, Sony won't let her girls be shown under a cheap light like Cabasuka/Tofu were, so... this might actually help the AKB girls more than the Keyaki ones.

 

I'm sad the members (if correct) for STU are Yumirin, Hinachan and Fuu again but at least it's some STU exposure I guess. I hope they have some actual roles and not just stay there being the audience or something...

(but with such a big cast (again, if correct) then how are they planning to give screentime to each of the girls? how long is the series supposed to be? Why is Hiragana with us?)
