The last few episodes have been great, but for some reason I really love these skits - feels like a little peek behind the scenes. Wada must get so excited when they schedule these.

Also I am of course biased, but may I point out that Manatsu is looking particularly good this episode? I'm sure all an accident on her part

 

Ironically, I think that Manatsu is at her best when she isn't trying to be cute

Love to see some Bananaman-Waka moments there also.

 

Maaya is really a queen of monomane! Every performance of her was entertaining.
Now I know Ranze always worries about her eyebrows.
Yamazaki turning to a bird was so funny. From now on her nickname changes from "Dhalsim" to "bird". Shitara wanted everyone becomes a bird too.
Den-chan with her robot voice, Wakatsuki has her new comrade . Next time let make Den-chan say "I will be back or hasta la vista, baby".
Maaya trolled Shinuchi by her long legs, that's so marvelous. I stood up and clapped when Maaya finished, bravo. If there was a hole in the studio, Shinuchi would have crawled in that.
Maaya combo "oraoraorao" to Ito Riria was merciless, people shouted "Maaya, Maaya, stop!".
What!? BBA is evolving! (Drum beats sound) Congratulations! Your BBA evolved into BBBBA!
Himura photobomb Yoda and Takayama was hilarious! "If that is a moe contest, I won't lose anybody"-Himura said. Shitara's trademark photo pose is cool.
I hope Ayane can participate in 21st hit campaign praying. Poor Hoshino, she joins a hit prayer campaign again.

ep 167 ~ 21st single campaign part one

This single campaign was slap together haphazardly wasn't it? I'm gonna have to wait for GEES translation to see if it was. Ayane, on-off. Special guest Hoshino, on-off. It looked like only Renka was having fun. But I can say one thing: Asuka so cute when she shows a lot of her face. So very damn cute.

 

From what i can take in, ayane was sick during the shoot so they don't want her to get tired, and minami was on-off because asuka told her she can do whatever she wanted, so if she doesn't want to so something she can just not do it. Also the whole episode itself was supposed to be a "jikochuu" episode produce by asuka, so there's that. I think generally everyone was having fun, and it does look really fun even the canyoning part, those are some of my favorite past time activity. But what i don't understand is why they give asuka the biggest quadbike while umechan has the smallest

 

Well, for a hit campaign episode, this one is quite decent. First of all, no mountain climbing, which has been done too often imo.
Also, the variety of activities keep it interesting, and therefore I don't mind the fact that there are two episodes this time.

 

Seriously, really a wasted opportunity for Ayane...

 

Big applause to Hoshino. She has participated in many hit campaign, cmiiw probably the most. But since she's already here, I wish she join in all activities.
Not a good time for Ayane if she's not feeling well. Hopefully it's not that bad.
At first I thought they're just having too much fun. Well, one girl is really enjoying everything. Even when Asuka is suffering

Lately Asuka became more mature. Even though she isn't a leader type, you can see her leadership from this episode.

 

Members, your one job on these hit campaigns is to pray for the single to be a hit. Don't pull an Ikuta. These members. Fail. Completely forgot about it! LOL! Asuka so random. Makes me wonder how approachable Asuka is for the 3rd Gens...

Asuka is quite reserved .
I think in general she's fairly distant to 3rd gen .
She's only close to Momoko and partially to Yoda
