^ Good text! And yeah, I was talking figuratively—how users can adapt to new rules AND how rules are revised to adapt the users. (edited my post anyway to avoid misinterpretation.) Let's see if we can be as rapid as those animals.
DISLIKE! I don't usually get "Old" ratings at all, but I do see people with 3 posts, giving out dozens of dislikes, that's out of whack.
Take my like and now stop crying! I got 4 pages of old from posts I posted on the previous day. There is no need for reasoning, that's just how things work now. And we just all need to suck it up cuz the Mod team ain't gunna do shea about it for us.
I believe it was "Treat others the way you want to be treated" not "the way you were treated". An all-too-common mistake.
Most of the time I would agree, but in this case... (I don't even do it though, but I do see his dislike-sprees every now and then ddd)
The oshimen field is currently broken and sadly, no new names can be added to it. We're trying to find a way to fix it, but for the time being the existing options are the only ones available.
oh, and another question, does donating to stage48 have any bonuses for the user donating? and if so, does it vary by how much you donate?
You'll get a green "Stage48 Donor" badge under your user name for donating - the amount can be big or small, there's no amount limit for the badge. And you'll receive our gratitude too, of course!
@ForrestFuller @mayuri91 @EinhanderX Since when did we have a one day ban rule for responding to flame war baits, (and 2 day ban for starting flame baits) maybe you guys should make it clear and set where the boundary is. It is rather sudden and abrupt that I don't know if it is even a fair call for the participants there, it seems to me like mods are able and want to flex muscles on executing ban powers anytime they want which I am worried of. If rules are changed then say so then I'm cool with it too. But please do everyone a favor to be clear and say now if the rules on the forum have actually changed or not. http://stage48.net/forum/index.php?threads/stu48-2nd-tba-2019-02-13.22155/page-7
Ohh that. My rationale is, Normally, all these post will be deleted and all party involved got a warning PM. Then I check all 3 of your history and found at some point you have been warned for this same behavior before by different mods. So, this is kinda overboard of me but necessary evil. In no way I'll make this a fixed rule. So consider this as one-time judgment which is up for removal in the long run.
what? i just stated my opinion(but probably you guys also just feel the same.100k is enough for other singer, but for 40people in a group, that number are really bad and it cant even beat kisumai, hence flop)and i wasnot even started a flamewar until that one guy said i should be worried about nogi many grads in which i just responded back with a true fact.
Yes thaaaat. You are not Batman my friend, nor you are part of the justice league. What's next if someone who have power and want to abuse a little just to make to "right" in their own world? Show me the rule where people start flame wars get 2 day ban, and people fuelling it get 1? On top of that, why not 1 or 2 weeks then? Don't you think one day is pretty pointless or are you saying now the new rule is based on mod's personal judgement they can hand out the severity of the thread ban punishment however they like? Or are you saying the 1 or 2 day ban is the new kind of warning you are giving out. And who decides that? The whole mod team or just you? Or you are representing your mod team to execute it? I criticize the way on how you are handling this case, questionable about your judgement and doubtful you are exercising power that you don't have authority to exercise beyond the forum rules interpretation. At the end of the day, the worst thing I would like to see is random mods handing out bans without a standard warning procedure and guidelines or running around the forum to impose their personal judgement on forum users.
