So how is their name pronounced from a Japanese phonetical standpoint? Is it “natto-iko-mi”?

 

It's "no-i-mi". A lot of them have idol background but excited for Hitomi to be here.

So there will be another one girl who will join? Because I saw one spot being emptied for one more girl, so it's supposed to be twelve? Need more info here

 

Do we know why the 12th member hasn't been introduced yet?
I know it's probably some schedule conflict issue or something but what if she's a surprise member as in someone we already know?

^ I think, it could be because her current school doesn't allow showbiz activities, so she might be waiting till the end of academic year.
if it's true, we will see her only after late March/early April when she transfers to another school.
