My theory about audition fee is it is a way to filter the girl. The audition fee ain't cheap thus, applicants must be from better-off families. The economic status also suggests they can go to school and are literate (illiteracy is high in India) and from higher castes (not shudra or dalit).

We all know there it gigantic film industry in Mumbai but New Delhi?

Don't Bollywood films speak Hindi though?

Easy question, one just like AKB. It won't be more different than JKT to AKB.

hahaha.. the caste.. i heard you cant jump to higher caste even if you become succesful. once a lowly life, you will forever be one. is it true? i wonder if indian race in my country want to go back to their rootland in india? they are so noisy and lack of attitude here.

And considering it’s two groups, that’ll be 96 members chosen

And the forced graduation rule is dumb in general, but what if there’s an ace member(s) who ends up being amongst the older members

So if they debut with 48 members, then chances are they’ll debut with the teams. Similar to MNL48. So it’ll be.

    DEL48:
    • Team D
    • Team EII
    • Team LII

    MUB48:
    • Team MIII
    • Team U
    • Team BIV

At one aspect the forced graduation is bad but at another aspects I think about forced graduation:
    1. Prevent the group from becoming too bloated by having a constant graduation-audition.
    2. By telling it beforehand, it gives the girls kind of road map what they want to do until the supposed time of graduation. It prevents the girls from staying longer from what they had expected when they are being chosen as members.
    3. I think the management want to established DEL48 and MUB48 as the place to nurture the girls to be entertainer (in singing, dancing, acting) like a school (is AKB48 supposed to be like that?). Hence, like a school, sooner or later they will graduate.
    4. The oldest age requirement is 20 years old. Hence, the shortest period for one particular girl is 4 years. That is pretty typical university duration which is fine for me.

Tbh I don't really mind with forced graduation rule since the age limit are 24. That way they'll still be young enough to try regular job or trying something new after they graduated.

DEL48 posted this on twitter: "Problems have occurred with some payments for entries from outside India." Can that mean a possibility of having non-Indian members or simply Indian members living outside? or both?

They uploaded some videos on DEL48's youtube channel to advertise the audition:

if the video does not show watch the video here

if the video does not show watch the video here

If DEL & MUB end up having different concepts, I could see it being like this

DEL48: Everyday Schoolgirl type image, with songs more on the Jpop-esque “otaku” side

MUB48: Festive type image, with songs that could mesh well with the Bollywood style

DEL going for the regular pop type songs, while MUB go for the big hits

If there were an example made for each members debut single, it could be something like

    ——
    DEL48

    1. Bingo
    2. Aitakkata
    3. Shonoichi

    ——
    MUB48

    1. High Tension
    2. Koisuru Fortune Cookie
    3. Sakura No Hanabiratachi

    ——

(I tried to pick somewhat unique A-sides in hopes that their debuts won’t be the exact same releases every other foreign sister group is having now)

I don't know why but i find their posts really funny:
“-Hey, did you hear about the loss?
    -What loss?
-Didn't you know? There were many young and talented girls who wished to be singers, dancers and actors but they didn't register for DEL48." and
"stop yourself from being a blunderer"

    They are so dramatic :XD::XD:
