I watched season 2 of Kakegurui this weekend. Like season 1, the drama itself is not really something to recommend. The gamble scenes are cool, but there are too many obnoxious side characters that just irritate the hell out of me, especially that guy that is only screaming in panic all the time.

But, it's worth the watch if you are a fan of Macchun. She is so adorably cute (and sometimes adorably evil), even surpassing Hamabe Minami (which imo is no easy task).

 

I clicked agree but I kind of don't I guess what I mean is I agree in general but not on the particulars? I actually found the series kind of fun but definitely not good… yeah some characters are obnoxious and the supposed ‘main’ narrator/POV is one of them. I like the acting for the protagonist though, delightful kind of crazy. While I loved Macchun's acting, her character is honestly one of the worst in the series… and her episodes were also not really great. Mixed bag there.

 

Ringo's back for the second season of Yoshimotozaka46 ga Ureru Made no Kiroku. It won't be for as many episodes as the first season, just this week's and next week's.

 

Contrary to what most people think, I absolutely love the Kakegurui drama . It has plenty of exaggerated over the top acting just like Majisuka Gakuen , some lesbian style characteristics from the protagonist , and very cool cut scene lighting effects during the gambling scenes when the characters reveal their plans.

The only gripe I have is that the 2nd season is simply too short with only 5 episodes, and the 1st season only has 10. Really want to see a 3rd season, although that seems unlikely.

 

Matsumura Sayuri will be the cover girl of Japanese fashion magazine CanCam (2019 September), the magazine will be released on 23 July 2019.

 

That's true. But I hope they will also do this when they releasing some of movie or tv drama.

To begin with Sayurin didn't know the guy is married man, by the way why did you guys started to put this pass scandal that happen to long. We should stop this kind of comment.. she already apologies for causing this scene. Is it better if we should be happy that she create her instagram account not only for promoting her movie this year but also to know what is she doing right now especially this past week she's not present on nogichuu.

I don't think they have an official song, they're just well-known as a couple. The closest is a trio with Ikuta in Chopin no Usotsuki, though maybe they've sung a duet at some point at some concert.

Btw, that was not a typo, she really chose Shinuchi as the boyfriend first lol.

 

Matsumura Sayuri has updated her Instagram, that she is recently learning about wine for her upcoming movie in Paris.

Matsumura Sayuri's movie "Tokyo Wine Party People" will be released on 4 October 2019, the movie is adapted from Japanese popular manga writer Kibayashi Shin's novel of same title.
