I'm sad. But I understand. She's been in Nogizaka for so long. While I'll miss her as a Nogizaka member, I know for sure she'll continue in the entertainment industry and I look forward to her activities from now on. I just hope her last single is as good as Synchronicity.

 

I know this day would come, goddess Maiyan leaves us.
I will enjoy and cherish her remaining days with us. Manastu will be the saddest, and Momoko too.

Everytime I see a new post in Maiyan's thread, I always think "this is it". She is definitely the most important female idol right now.

 

Has Maiyan herself said anything or is this all based on that newspaper article?

That's a gut punch in the morning that I didn't need.

It's sad that she's going to be leaving, but we still have three months with her in the group. Plus it's not like we won't see her again, with all the modelling gigs she's got. I wish her all the best.

 

Wow, this was so unexpected for me, I mean I understand that she had to graduate someday, but at least I expected that she would do it by the end of the year. I'm still processing the news, but I wish the best of best for her and her career post Nogi.

Accdng to that newspaper ; We're getting 25th single in March and Maiyan's last activity on last week of that month.

Farewell Nogi's Absolute Ace

 

Holy shit. I really didn't see this coming. Not now.

It's hard to imagine she will leave Nogizaka46, that in a few months she isn't part of the group anymore. Surreal. Surreal and sad. Maiyan was my gateway to Nogizaka46. The 13th single song lured me in, but seeing the MV and Maiyan in it, I found the most beautiful woman in the world. It's one of the reasons I stayed.

There will be a Nogizaka46 after Maiyan has left, and she will have her own career that will surely reach new heights. And we will all be able to enjoy her efforts for a very long time, whether it be acting, modeling, or whatever else she likes to pursue. And that makes me happy. I will continue to follow and support her all the way.

Thank you for everything Maiyan. May your future be a bright one.

 

I've been hearing about Maiyan graduation since i'm joining the fandom but i wish all the best for her future. She deserves a Tokyo Dome for her grad concert!

She is the true embodiment of Nogizaka image. Beautiful, elegant, mature and strong, the image that make me fall in love with Nogizaka. I hope Nogi won't change too much from this image after she leave.

This graduation announcement is hitting me harder than any other for some reason. Don't know why I was expecting this after the Olympics.
It's a real kick in the gut knowing that she won't be with the group anymore but its what is best for her career and I totally respect her for that.

 

apparently the synchro performance at NHK then was Maiyan's last appearance for a NHK class event. I just thought Maiyan would graduate around august so she will participate in JRA and NHK Kouhaku. at least the nogi birthday event isn't for a graduation concert right? this case will be like ikoma. I hope that Nanamin and other members who have graduated can also take part in the Maiyan graduation concert. *if Maiyan wants a graduation concert
