The film version is wonderful and one of my favorite films. I'm very happy to be a part of this production. I haven't been able to see the premiere, but the musical version has many appealing songs and I've listened to the soundtrack a lot. I hope I can play the role of Molly well.

 

Is there any member who play at tohostage musical aside Ikuchan and Reika ?

 

Not to familiar with other members theater activities but I think Inoue Sayuri did Little Women while still N46 member at Toho's Theater Creation

 

Sakihi Miyu and ex-Nogizaka46 idol Sakurai Reika will join the production of the timeless story of love, despair and hope, GHOST – THE MUSICAL, in the part of Molly. Taking its inspiration from the classic romantic movie, this innovative reimagining features an expanded book, new music and original staging.

The plot centres on lovers Sam (Urai Kenji) and Molly (Sakihi Miyu / Sakurai Reika W-Cast), who are attacked as they are returning to their apartment. When Sam dies he becomes caught between the real world and the next. Molly is in danger and Sam cannot leave her. A medium, Oda Mae Brown (Mori Kumiko), helps Sam to get in touch with Molly to warn her... It will run at Theatre Creation, Tokyo in March 2021

Sakurai Reika and Ikoma Rina will participate in the reading drama adaptation of "a chain of short stories about their distance." (5 Centimeters per Second).

Koi wo yomu vol. 3 a chain of short stories about their distance. will run at Hulic Hall, Tokyo from 21 to 25 October 2020. Sakurai Reika will participate in the show on 21 and 22 October 2020; Ikoma Rina will participate in the show on 24 and 25 October 2020.

Note: a chain of short stories about their distance. (5 Centimeters per Second) is a 2007 Japanese animated romantic movie by Shinkai Makoto. It theatrically premiered on 3 March 2007. The film consists of three segments: "Cherry Blossom", "Cosmonaut", and "5 Centimeters per Second", each segment following a period in protagonist (Tono Takaki)'s life and his relationships with the girls around him. The movie was awarded Best Animated Feature Film at the 2007 Asia Pacific Screen Awards. It had a novelization in November 2007, and a manga adaption illustrated by Seike Yukiko in 2010.
