NTV have an old show named Star Tanjo in the 1970s , which is a Singing Competition .

 

I hope it's true, I've been hoping to hear more of Nogi members' singing voice.
I think 3rd and 4th gens have many decent singing talent.

 

That's quite daring move if its really just for a singin show.

I can't wait to see Sakuchan cover of Nagisa no Balcony by Matsuda Seiko and Kakki cover of Lonely Chaplin!!! I really like those two songs.

So it's a 4th gen exclusive show again. And they'll cover Showa idol songs? It's what I look forward to when the group is on music shows. Now this is a chance to hear the rest of the girls sing. I think I'm gonna enjoy this a lot.

 

This looks promising. Shiraishi's duet with Suzuki Masayuki and the performance of a Showa song by Candies at the Japan Record Awards both worked really well.

 

Reading the news about a new show has me very excited. The Nogizaka girls are going to cover songs from the most popular of Japanese idol songs and I already know I will like it. For the new MCs starring with Nogizaka, I have to say I am in full support with my bags on the express train. Pekopa is my 2nd favorite comedian as of right now (only behind Kamaitachi because they don't do skits.) but regardless of this cherry picking detail I love their dynamics and personality. I'm looking forward to the future that awaits us in this show. Just thinking about it makes me in high spirits. Until next time, Nogizaka's Got Talent!

I am somewhat relatively new to vintage music from Japan, so I may need some help with this new programme.

Will they sing any songs from Yamaguchi Momoe (seeing as how her music is well known)?

 

It sure looks promising, not to mention all 4th-gen members are known to have good vocals in general.

From Shinobu Mori (the producer's) youtube, we found out that each episode will have a guest star, mainly for a Duet segment.
As shown above, Kakki will have a duet with Bro.KORN on the first episode.
Mori-P spoiled that Diamond Yukai will come for the next one. A quiet famous old-timer rock star, and I believe he has appeared on several occasions in other idol shows as a judge for singing competitions.
But that aside, what that infers is that they prepare quite a budget for the show.
Other than that, Pekopa's Shionji commented how Kitagawa Yuri is really amusing, and that he tried to play favoritism to Yuna, but got straight up rejected
