It's kind of sad how I like this ad more than the music video. The colours make suuuch a difference! I wish the MV wasn't so dull in colour...

I was kinda “meh” about the mv but now I’m even more upset because the ad would have been an amazing mv! The colors really match the energy of the song—I was never a big fan of the black & gray uniforms tbh

 

I'm happy that AKB got a relatively mainstream collab, that's always a good sign.

I'm kinda annoyed that the CM is much better than the actual PV.

It's just frustrating to see AKB repeatedly dropping the ball.

 

Yup, now I kinda wish there was a full version AKB48 x New Balance MV.

 

It's sad, because Komiyama Haruka recently said that she doesn't think AKB48 members are lacking, but that management isn't pulling their weight. She got a lot of shit for it from local wota, and here everyone is basically saying the same thing. The music video could have looked amazing and eye-catching, something you want to rewatch over and over again, but instead... everything went wrong. The video itself looks dull and we've already gone over the awkward break in the audio for Naachan's little monologue.

The covers are pretty nice, the girls look gorgeous in them. It's simply but they have a blush on their cheeks and it adds colour to the whole thing. But that's about it.

Now also the management hasn't created any music videos for this single and made the girls direct and film their own videos for the 17LIVE stream.

Not to mention... the only thing AKB48 has always had is their theater. It's the best way for them to attract new fans, but they simply won't give them any new stages...

Waiting for the Danceable! ver. too! I'm glad sister groups are now getting to challenge the song.
