Right on time, my CDs and chekis arrived. As I mentioned in the previous post, I bought the complete set of singles, which afforded my a solo signed cheki from Miyabi, and well as a 2-shot of Miyabi and Minori. I still haven't listened to the c/w tracks yet, and Mingaru CDs have traditionally not come with any bonuses inside, but I really like the single. In fact it might be my favorite of all their single releases.
Here's my cheki from Miyabi with her 'D' pose: I agree that 'Hyakka Ryoran Kokoromoyo' is a very good A-side and I see that the official YT channel has just posted the MV for the song: EDIT: MV deleted by uploader and replaced by audio track: if the video does not show watch the video here However the track I really love is the c/w song 'Shooting Star', it sounds so much like an anime theme and the vocals are very strong, I'm guessing it's mostly Miyabi's voice that's standing out? I see also on the official YT channel that there's another new solo song MV by her (again credited as 'on@'): if the video does not show watch the video here It's a cover of 'Okinotayuu' by the Wagakki Band.
Sad news... Today the group announced they will be ceasing activities effective October 31st. The writing has kind of been on the wall since the glut of graduations last year. This is just a personal observation, but based on the official announcement and Miyabi's personal announcement, I am guessing she (and perhaps others) were planning to graduate, which pretty much put the final nail in the coffin. In any case, it was a fun 5-year run, and I will look back fondly at the many experiences I shared with them. Twitter announcement: https://twitter.com/WAWAWA_exminyo/status/1318107116616491015
I saw the tweet earlier. I'm very sad to hear the news, I'll always have happy memories of seeing them perform last year (as Minyo Girls) in Tokyo and having a 2-shot cheki with Miyabi. She has an amazing voice and I hope that a major idol group will snap her up soon.

Six years ago, a group of 8-9 year-old idols debuted. Their aim was to represent Japan at the Tokyo Olympics. Tonight, at least for one of them, that dream came true! Rio-chan omedetou!!!!! Yes, that was Rio singing Tokyo Ondo at the closing ceremony.
@Cristafari I've just re-watched the performance on the BBC's iPlayer service, the commentator did namecheck her but I didn't know who she was until your post. I've taken a screenshot from there:
Miyabi has today released her 2nd solo EP 'Event Horizon' which is available through streaming platforms. There's a MV for the title track: if the video does not show watch the video here

Miyabi has announced her first solo live to be held at CHIC HALL Shibuya on 5/28: https://twitter.com/miyabinostaff/status/1512737916140732417
Now I feel like a real s**theel... Unfortunately I didn't make it to her first solo live. I would've liked to go, but .. Anyway, Miyabi's show evidently was a success. The fans I know all tweeted that it was great. Miyabi looked stunning. And then... The morning after the show, I received a series of "likes" on Twitter from Miyabi. It wasn't the first time she has "liked" something I posted, but she doesn't do it very often. So I think the fact that she chose that moment to react to many of my recent tweets was her cute way of saying "Hey, why weren't you at my show???" Sorry Miyabi Anyway, here are a few pics of her from the event...

Her very powerful performance has made it into an international compilation video on the YouTube channel 'Best of the Voice' which has 3.82M subscribers: if the video does not show watch the video here I'll be watching her progress with great interest! (I guess that's her Mom cheering her on?)
I thought it was her Mom from my memory, you introduced me to her back in April 2019. (see posts #36 & #37 upthread.)
