    I cancelled my subscription because I was having too many issues with the video completely freezing (sometimes the audio would continue but not the video). This would mean me having to refresh the browser tab which meant that the video started again from the beginning and I had to try and find where I was up to. I've just tried the registration page and I can display it OK in Chrome both with and without using a VPN.
