It seems that the lottery opened for general public for the march 25th and 26th events.
It seems that they sell FC tickets first and see if any are left.
^I was told that after winning the ticket you can pay with card and foreign cards are also accepted. Tickets can be printed later at 7-eleven.
^I have already rearranged my plans. :) And I managed to register on AKB ticket center so I am just waiting for the lottery for the 26th.
