Takahashi Minami (Takamina) / 1st Generation

Meh~ honestly i don't believe in this succesor bullshit that management is trying to sell it to us , no one is like another person, everyone is who he is .... There's no Takamina 0.2 like in 0048
And there's no atsumina 0.2 either.... They shouldn't force someone to be like another
Everyone has his own individuality in the group
Yui isn't like Takamina i mean sure she is a captain but she has her own personality , goals , role in the group ....etc

and honestly i can see what they are trying to do with teamA......
And i don't like it at all
It's not cool man
It's unfair to yuiparu too

 

I think that Yui is a totally different character from Minami,
no suberi chara
and also their style is different...
(Not really a oshi of Yui)

 

Even Minami and Yui said that their leadership styles are very different.
But, I do believe that Yui has the same dedication as Minami towards the group.
The biggest difference (how to deal with the public) between them can be, to a point, reduced by experience. Others cannot.

Paruru is a different matter. She shares some characteristics with Acchan, but, at least to me, they have more differences than similarities. Acchan was a "silence beauty" that shines through effort (specially during live performances). Paruru seems more like a cute character that shines more in front of the camera.

I, personally don't mind when people talk about successors. To me that only underlines the relevance of the "original" in the group. Since I'm a fan of the original, I feel they are flattering Minami.

 

I'm laughing + proud to no3b members (Takamina, Nyannyan, and Miichan) after watching this video.

Resemblance can be of anything really. Both Minami and Yui gives a lot of effort into leading, and Yui will have to be the next Takahashi Minami even if she is different. It's the fact that Yui loves AKB and will dedicate her being to it, that is what resembles Minami.
Paruru on the older hand is because she seem cold, but also approachable and cute like Atsuko. Trust me, I really dislike the fact that Paruru was compared to Atsuko and saying that she's the next ace, but I've come to accept it. Now, I even see some resemblance in terms of being an Ace.

I agree with you. I find it flattering as well.

Succession will always be talked about and mentioned, and compared to the original members. That's just how things are when there are the First Gen to Third Gen who does something special and creating AKB the way it is today, to the younger gen who is basking in their glories and not really doing much. That's not to say that I'm bashing the younger gens.

Minami is may look like weak( sensitive and crybaby but she will get stronger when many members must dependent on her(shuffer team 2013,2014, suddenly announcement of Acchan,Yuko, represent answer of report etc.).
About Yui I can't imaging about she will can do everything like this alone.

Yeah ori Team A/ 1st gen is really unbeatable. In terms of true bonds (they still meet and contact each other like even Ayunee), charisma, star power, etc. They are truly team Ace which many legends bornt from there.

To be honest, nothing replaces Atsumina to me. YuiParu is not even close. While Paru is a good ace candidate, honestly I still dont think Yuihan is even a good candidate to be Minami successor. I initially think Okada Nana really suited to be the next leader. And esp Sayanee, but she is too ambitious to be leader.

Have anyone watched Wminami ver of omoide no hotondo? They are just so... sweet. Poor Minami thou ;(

 

While I believe in Yui-han because of her diligent and hard-work principle, I understand how you feel regarding Naa-chan being more suited as a leader. Perhaps its because Naa-chan has a more confident aura than Yui-han and she herself declared that her aim is to lead Team 4. Idk, that's just my opinion.
