Mio's cake. Wow it's quite big! People are lucky to have a 2 shot event at Mio's birthday date. Have you found out the reason why the top of the cake is made of fruits?

Come to think of it, it was a good year for Mio. She hasn't been center this year, but she has won a photobook contest and the amount of outside work (mostly gravure) has been steady. With her Kennin in team 4 with everybody, i'm hoping Mio will grow in a favorable environnment.

 

Unlike in the US, where we use lots of frosting, excessively so IMO. Japan, and most of Asia, typically top their cakes with fruit like you see in that pic.
