Maria made her debuted during the HKT48 Concert at Yokohama Arena today (along with the other two draftees) singing Te wo tsunaginagara with the other two draftees.

I thought this was one of craziest things about that concert, but Maria was allowed to perform MARIA (AKB48) with Sakura and Haruppi



It's really crazy how draftees from other groups slowly debut in the theater, but the HKT draftees are debuting like this.

Ahhh she is just too cute! I remember during the draft I was routing for her and was so excited to see she was picked by HKT. It seems like they are giving her a small push right off the bat so I really hope she takes this chance. Can't wait to see what she does in the future!

 

I meant push as in, like someone else has also mentioned previously, the fact that the other groups don't debut the draft members like this and normally do it in a more subtle manner. It's pretty unusual for one to just come in and take the center position of a song and have the two aces of the group singing beside her. As for whether this is a one time deal where management was thinking, "Oh my god let's have Maria sing MARIA! We are so clever!" or them deciding to push another young member, we will have to wait and see.

 

Well Mao did center Nagisa no Cherry with Meru as backdancer so.....

 

I'll be the first to admit that I am probably wrong about her getting a push, and I'm not trying to stir up any kind of trouble, but nobody can deny the fact that HKT knows how to introduce draft members with a splash!

 

she reminds me to the old Nako even nako also still young tho

want to confirm, is she the youngest and shortest in entire 48group?
