I forgot to choose people for SKE NMB and HKT but I have no idea who to choose...the problems of being a DD T.T

No I don't believe it does. CMIIW, but the reward costumes for this event is the 2014 Record Taishou (Award) costume.

The challenges are basically:
1. Login Daily for 4 days
2. Join a Theater
3. Post in the theater bulletin board
4. Clear a song in Easy Difficulty 1 time
5. Clear a song in Normal Difficulty 2 times
6. Clear a song in Hard Difficulty 1 time
7. Do special lessons 4 times
8. Do normal lessons 4 times
The rewards are 1 ticket each for #1-6 and hearts for #7-8.

There should be a circle button near the rotating banners. Press that. It will warn you that you cannot change oshimen once you join a theater, if you are sure then press red button. A list of numbered theaters will appear. you can join existing ones or go into an empty one via the second tab.

 

Okey thanks very much now my oshi is at the theater, but... now how get points??? and how do a post in the bulletin??

 

To get points you play the event songs. But the event hasn't started yet for AKB + SKE.

if i choose takamina as my oshi in akb and already enter the theater, can i change it??

 

No, you can't change from oshimen anymore after entering the group event menu until the event is over.

 

Anyone in a good Sayanee theater with an open spot? My theater is dead. I think im the only one playing regularly.

Doesn't matter that much unless you are seriously going to use a lot of gems to get your theater rank #1...

 

Can someone explain the rules of top 25 theaters? My theater has more points than some theaters in the list but my theater isn't even included in the list

 

As the previous ones, they do not update the top regularly in this event kind

The captain of the theater who has the star beside his name in the room member list could kick you out of the room
The captain is the first person entering the theater.

 

How to kick ?
