With Haruppi and Sakura in senbatsu (especially Sakura potentially capable to be an AKB Ace), If Jiina is getting stronger, Madoka and Natsu being close to Meru Mio, if NakoMiku finally get results from their popularity, then Sasshi can graduate without regrets.

Sasshi just tweeted that "In all the Handshake events there aren't any monitors and yet there is one today, management is easy to read. What is it! Feels like something is about to happen."

Hopefully something might be announced.

 

Does anyone really think that Sasshi is involved in the day to day workings of HKT? She's way to busy with works for her agency. She probably has an input into the overall strategy and into performance matters like tour setlists, stage designs, MC scripts and the like but for all the day to day stuff Ozaki more than likely does the heavy lifting and he's done a great job with HKT.

One thing Ozaki probably figured out early on that Universal is a lousy record company and couldn't be relied on to give the group a big push so decided to follow a different strategy and tour constantly, bringing the members to as much of the country as possible and building popularity in that way. The same for things like the stage plays.

As for SKE, they've got loads of talented members and always have done, I think SKE's major weakness for years has been poor management. They've had (and have again) Yuasa who while he may be loved as a surrogate papa (not by Kaotan though lol) hasn't demonstrated that he has much of a strategy for SKE, then they had Shiba who got where he did because of family connections and then Ehhhhhhh-mamura who has been shipped off to Niigata after only a year in the job.

One area that HKT could be contrasted with SKE on is graduations, SKE 6th gen had lost 6 of it's 20 members within a year and is now up to 9 graduates after 2 and a half years whereas HKT second gen has lost only 2 members (including Iichan) to graduation and 1 transferred to SKE out of 21 members and that's after 3 years. There is obviously an issue with SKE keeping members happy, Kuumin and Manatsu should have been the ones that challenged wMatsui but they were so obviously disenchanted that they left the entertainment industry, can you imagine Meru or Mio just quitting completely like that? Unthinkable.

NMB have Yoshimoto backing so they'll be ok, plus Jo will be center one day, guarantee it!

6 wedge monitors no less, they obviously want the members to sound good while performing...something...

 

Sasshi may not be the center but she is himtisu center for almost every single and heavily promoted as the main member all the time. She may not be talented but she is responsible for 90% of the public recognition that HKT has. Just because some fan doesn't accept her doesn't mean that management isn't heavily relyin on her to promote the group

IIRC, in her Gyakutenryoku, she mention a bit about her job desk. Exactly not day-to-day, but it helps Ozaki nonetheless.

It is no longer a major weakness if happen for years, it's a major threat.

Edit: Apparently HKT is getting a Majisuka Gakuen spin-off. Ahh the hako-oshi in me is overly excited

There will also be a Majisuka Gakuen spin-off called "マジスカ学園番外編" with HKT as the main and Kishidan will also appear. The new single will be the theme song. Sasshi says it's not a drama serial but a spin-off, not sure what she means.

It seems "しぇからしか" is Fukuoka dialect and means Urusai (Shut up). I think it was mentioned on Odekake once.

They will be releasing on the same day as SKE48 so I think we can forget about their no 1 streak on oricon.

It's not clear whether it's a single. Ozaki hasn't mentioned it as a single in his G+ post. Wotas on Twitter are confused.

what i'm salty about this senbatsu is if you're going to reward the girls who placed in SSK, why exclude one person? Okapan was 42nd and she's not in.

AKB's SSK senbatsu does not guarantee an HKT spot. Never has. This senbatsu is pretty predictable, although I am bummed that Shige isn't it it.

 

Isn't she sick/injured a lot? Maybe that's why...Ueki isn't in it either despite ranking higher than Aoitan this year...

imo It's becoming more likely this is not a single. members don't know who the center is either.

Every report so far says the word single has not been used in reference to this song; most people are waiting for an announcement on the official site to clear it all up.

 

If it's not a single how can it have a release date? A coupling song perhaps?

single might not have been mentoned, but it is either a single (a collab single that is, the akbidoling thing was a single too) or it's the akb48 B-side.
