Very excited to see her journey as senbatsu! I had a hunch that she'd be in, looking at her sudden solo-shoot and her general mood in the last week(s). Not a hkt follower, just wanna know what did shige said that makes her worried about emiri? And I noticed that they are match up together. Is this because both are half or there's something else?

Currently there's Shige and Emiri. Then you have Jiina, who's like 1/8 American or something, if that still matters lol. Chara wise, if you ask me, both of them have a silly side and sometimes do a failed/lame joke for which they then get laughed at. But there are a lot of members who do those things in HKT, and those two things not even nearly make up the entirety of their chara, so I don't think it's really a focussed rivalry worthy thing. Both are probably more in the picture & compared because of the senbatsu switches. Anyway, today's G+ has been a bit devoid of content, so I had a look on 755: Two other cute/funny bits (vid here):

^ so basically being a half is their advantage, really thought some fans are having a hard time accepting half. I admire both for admitting that they are half especially emiri cause she doesn't really look like a half unlike shige that is really obvious.
Yeah Shige's Mama genes are hardcore. It is so obvious she is mixed with something, like when she was younger it was slightly obvious but now that she is older? Oh my gosh... It has become so obvious... I mean don't get me wrong she is absolutely gorgeous but yeah. Emiri is so pure, I really hope her popularity skyrockets, I would love to see more of her.
I think there's really nothing much of a rivalry, other than playful banter. Somehow, their paths cross sometimes because they're the only halfs in HKT right now, from that Shoujiki Shougi episode where Murashige knew that she's not the only one's going to be halfie till the time they had this Yukata race. Well they have extremely different personalities though; Murashige strikes me as outgoing while Emiri has this reserved and soft-spoken feel. Anyhow, let's see how this one goes
