Takahashi Minami (Takamina) / 1st Generation

Even though a considerable amount of time has passed after the release of either of the songs (Senaka no Kotoba and M.T. ni Sasagu), I finally read the lyrics for both songs.
I have to say that Aki-P is really a amazing songwriter.

Senaka no Kotoba: The song is a perfect depiction of Takamina's presence in the group, both from her perspective and from the members. Just amazing.

M.T. ni Sasagu: This song, to me personally, seems to be the expression of Yui's view regarding Minami as she was getting ready to take upon her the role of general manager.

 

NO3B is the best subunit I love Takamina voice in Kuchibiru Furezu... and Dakishimeraretara

That´s true, I read it right now in Term of Use. Edit: Makes sense, they need to send member card, goods, newsletter... and i.e. Maeda Atsuko and Matsui Rena have the same terms. Even Int. fans can't access, it'll be possible see all the information in the same place.

I don't now, sorry. Maybe others fans who joined a japanese fan club before...

No. You might be confusing something Akimoto said a while back which was "The ban never existed to begin with. It was just a playful rule I added which wasn't meant to be taken seriously." He might have been joking when he said this, but you also have to consider that Miyuki Watanabe and Yuki Kashiwagi didn't get penalized for their scandals so it might actually be legit.

Unless you are specifically talking about Takamina. In which case, I have no idea what you read about her (however, she is graduating soon so she can pretty much date whoever she wants.)
