    This video is a perfect example why the girls absolutely have to lip sync their performances. Miki is a very healthy young girl and she's completely out of breath after singing just a little bit of one song. Singing an entire concert would obviously put these girls in a hospital. Sorry to get off subject. I don't want to start another endless ''lip sync'' debate, but you hopefully see my point.

    If they all danced like Miki, of course they'll be out of breath. If they are required to sing live, I'm pretty sure the move won't be extremely exaggerated like Miki had shown here.

    Miki Sensei all out dance biggest drawback is that it doesnt last that long (1-2 song) and imagine if she started to go all out in a concert...i dont think she got energy to finish the concert dancing like that.

    as far as lip sync...i probably get used to it already by now.....:^^;:

    But my point is that she seems to ALWAYS perform with high energy as do some other girls. If they had to actually sing, they'd be exhausted after each number and the quality of their singing would be truly dreadful. It's a little like the choreography of pro wrestling. The fans know the athletes can PHYSICALLY do all that stuff but to protect each other and prolong their careers, they pull their punches and fake their holds. Those fans seem to understand that, the same way AKB fans understand the girls have to perform with the aid of soundtrack.

    If they give Miki a chance to actually sing a lot, I'm pretty sure she will tone down her dancing.
