Prelims only show us that Sasshi/Mayu fans have too much money.

I'm glad so many young gens are in the top 16. Hopefully it won't change much... this will be a huge slap in the face to management if majority of their favs are not even in top 32.

I don't know about you guys, I was like 85% sure that Sasshi would come 1st in the preliminary results.... But when her name was called as 2nd, and mayuyu eyes started getting waterish and the crowd screaming mayuyu.... I was like, wwoooooowwwww I need to organise see her victory, it's always magical how she can get an entire place screaming her name!!!! I got goosebumps!!!!

 

Even Sakaguchi Nagisa, Mukaichi Mion and Kato Rena had their own hardcore fans. I believe this is only a little part of groups.

I see one thing that makes me happy. As you probably know by now I really dislike the push Mayo has got lately. And what happen? 2015 #79 3640 votes. 2016 #76 3607 votes. The superpush didn't help. Pity for Mayo but more for Aki-p and management.
