I'm happy for RIka♥ but sad for Katomina I hope the senbatsu will be Team NIII (-Murakumo Fuka, +Nara Miharu)

I hope that the single will be similar to SaiMajo (not as in music but as in tracklist). I'd love to have some all members sngs and smaller units instead of something like Akagumi and Shirogumi again.

 

Maybe Rikachan's center just to generate hype. And i hope NGT will keep changing their centers every single or maybe just rotate it between Katomina, Moeka, Rika, Ogiyuka, and the the future ace of every future generations (2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc.)

I'm quite neutral on Rika center. Though I was expecting Katomina. Not because she's Niigata-born (what does that have to do with anything, significantly, anyway?), but more because she was the initial center and a rank in ssk, so I was thinking the mgmt should have stick with her for first single center. I want the first a-side to have a focus on "beauty", perhaps Rika will do great with that?

And I don't understand why do people keep making parallels with HKT48. Seriously, NGT48 is NGT48. Sure Katomina is sidelined from the center position, but that does not make her Haruppi 2.0, or having a Haruppi storyline. For once, the girl taking her "supposed" position is her fellow gen-mate, not some newbie girl from another gen. Rika going the Sakura way, Katomina the Haruppi way, bullshit. Rika is going Rika's way and Katomina Katomina's, Okappa Okappa's, whoever else whoever else's.

I hope Anju will be senbatsu.

Am I the only one who thinks the management choose Rikachan as center, so that Katomina's fans will push Katomina even more in the next sousenkyo?

My prediction for the front members is Okappa-Rikachan-Katomina with Kitarie-Yukirin as the center of the 2nd row. But, I expect some surprise

Idk why but i got this idea that Rika's being heavily pushed to make sure she atleast made it UG. And now i'm afraid Rika will surpass Katomina by a huge margin (rank wise). Like Katomina NG and Rika UG.

And maybe they're also snubbing Katomina to fire up her fans to also make sure she'll make it to UG. (well, it worked last SSK so maybe they thought they might as well give it another shot lmao) i'm a Katomina oshi, and i'm somehow sure that Katomina is one of those girls that'll stagnate when pushed real hard

Funny. I watch their first regular show episode, and I can dare saying, "NGT48, as a whole, has enough talented members to do circus-themed concert".
It's a fresh and great concept if concocted well.

My primary hope for this single is that it's good enough to drag me out of idol purgatory where I've been languishing since the start of the year, trying to find interest in the groups again. I believe in NGT!

 

Lol more reason why she's the perfect choice to center NGT's 1st single. She's been pushed in AKB, now in her own group too. They're trying to make her the "Sayanee" "Jurina" of the group.

Katomina still has a chance to overshadow her eventually (like Sakura did to Haruppi) Give it time.

Sakura has always been overshadowing Haruppi tho.

I thought they are trying with HKT's old narrative. Katomina as Haruppi aka center struggle, Okappa as new center, Rika as the most popular one but never get center. But then they kinda gave up on Okappa for months now and now they made Rika the god of NGT (#1 in everything). Dunno how Katomina is going to build her story around that.

Anyways there's still chance of Katomina center since if they follow the pattern, 47th single will have sister groups b-sides
