About 2 weeks ago, I wrote a letter addressed to him or any other JOT staff about things JKT48 should do. I hope any JOT staff really read it.

But today, there is Team T Renai Kinshi Jourei. Will there be a memorial show for Mr Jiro? I think all of the members (J, KIII, T) will do the one minute silence for Mr Jiro

Confirmed suicide(?), he is 2nd dentsu employee did that in the last 3 month.

May his works and dedication for JKT48 remain in fans and members' heart. Knowing that someone who really close, although it's in workplace, sure can be depressing. With JKT now running Sousenkyou, hopefully Indonesian media will not expose members' reaction too much, and let other responsible staffs handle the press. It's just sick if someone make a silly fake news that can bring JKT down.

On other topic, I wonder how Japanese media will react this sudden news. Currently their 48/46 are in simultaneous single releases, and many of them seems having major news coverage (NGT debut, Keyaki single, AKB's 48th single). This will be their first (I think?) to handle suicide news.

It's gonna be heard to find successor for Jiro-san. He had lived in Indonesia for at least 12 years as his wife is Indonesian & their child is 11 years old.

But I do hope they'll find successor of Jiro-san soon. Maybe it can be announced on So Long handshake.

Maybe there're numerous of Japanese have lived in Indonesia for years but is there any of them capable enough to manage JKT48?

 

That should be 4 month period of time, my mistake.
This situation will put dentsu under heavy fire again, even their ceo forced to quit by this tragedy.
So i guess what happen to Jiro will effect greatly to JKT48 not just mourning and mutation.
