    That's interesting indeed.

    2015: 28. (15) [46|23] Sashihara Rino {+246,-74}, 172
    2016: 103. (28) [36|23] Sashihara Rino {+141,-89}, 52

And if with take a look at the numbers of 2015 and compare them with 2016, she didn't really get much more hated. It's more like the combination of her supporters called quit and the rest voted with less points that caused her to drop.
    42% point drop
    21% voter drop

Nice! Welcome to the fandom! Your task from now on is to bring two more people in. >: )

*this is my master plan powered by ° :hehe:

I don't DM anybody anything, everything is openly shared by me:
    - all the funny clips I know of is in her thread
    - as for gravure works, this is the closest we got so far, I guess:

if the video does not show watch the video here
    GOOD!! :'D

This. Sasshi's fan won't bother to participating, for what? Proving that she's loved on stage48? It's already cool to see how other fans appreciate her work as part of her effort of being an idol. So I don't think this is between sasshi's fan vs other member fans. It's only sasshi vs people who hate her. Not surprised, people getting used to some comment about "sasshi's being selfish" thing. No matter how fans try to explain it, some people will find a path to her flaw anyway :hmm:

But that argument assumes that Sasshi fans don't have anyone else they want to vote for, so that they didn't vote at all. Perhaps you are right, and Sasshi fans didn't vote for anyone in any of the 20 possible places, but that seems strange to me. I would think they might want to vote for other members of HKT.

It's because @ithebigc still hasn't added Management to the list of candidates.

Regardless of how accurate you may find Reveen's comment, he is also "one of the trolls around here".

I believe management has the same approval ratings as the one of USA Congress, or even worse ...

If he broke it down into AKB48 Management, NMB48 Management, HKT48 Management, etc. it might be a little more interesting. Aside from a particular post-graduation contract stipulation Yoshimoto seems to be doing pretty well. Or even further into individual managers, e.g. Yuasa Hiroshi, Kayano Shinobu, Kaneko Takeshi, etc.

I still remember the only time they use YouTube like/dislike to check the approval ratings of newly named Managers, quite interesting actually, but they don't bother to do it anymore after they named Yuasa (the only one below 50%) as the "Manager kenkyuusei" of AKB48. [hehe]

3 more girls ranked for me on Friday, which means I'm left with 14 girls in the Top 100.

Kanochan was my SKE48 oshi for 2016. Lately I've been feeling more like Rarachan like probably most of the English speakers on this forum, but eh, for all of 2016 Kanochan was the one link that still kept me connected to SKE48.

Aki, my favorite newcomer! And according to handshake sales for Negaigoto no Mochigusare, a lot of people's favorite newcomer, considering she sold out 24/24 slots as a kenkyuusei :cute: Seriously, her lines for the past singles were stupidly long too, but I digress. Like most people, I first noticed her from her SHOWROOM. Most members do SHOWROOM, of course, but there was something about hers that made her stand out from the rest. I kept tuning in, bought handshake tickets for her and then I was caught. She's just really fantastic, her personality naturally lending herself to lively interactions. I've had fun and laughs in her lane and I feel like I never have enough with her, which is a good sign. Her mind is also like a steel trap, somehow remembering comments I wrote on SHOWROOM offhandedly. Her English is a bit higher level than the average Japanese person so there's always bonus points for that. And finally, she's also an avid reader which is evident when you read her mobame (although that means she uses kanji on a higher level than I can read, always forcing me to break out of the dictionary). :fear:

Honestly, my current fascination with her can be summed up with this: Capture 8.PNG

I can't wait to see what the rest of 2017 brings for her in HKT48! Fun fact for those keeping count: She is also the highest ranked HKT48 KKS in the ranking this year. Riochan and Hinata simply did not rank, and everyone else was revealed already.

My NGT48 favorite. That doesn't mean much overall, but I made sure to throw at least one point to my favorites from each group. I watched a lot of her SHOWROOMs last year back when she used to come on at the same time every day. Sadly, since the "scandal" (the only time you can use the term "fake news" literally on here) she hasn't been streaming as much.

There's the first part of the Top 100! Pretty much all these members are well known, and we have a whopping 10 members dropping out of last year's Top 50 to end up here  I think we all know which group they're making way for... :fear:

    Also,

This was the last day we have a block of 50 members since we start the Top 50 tomorrow and we slow the pace down to appreciate how many people had to vote for the members to get them this far. Perhaps fittingly, rank 48 and beyond all had to have at least 100 points! :approve:

There goes my top vote, Jurina at rank 55.

Oh well, not surprised. She is a polarizing member, it's just either you like her or dislike her.
