This would be hilarious tho. Everyone would kick up a fuss like why not (list of great dancers, cool charas etc) but it would really fit Aki-P’s thing of giving songs that completely don’t fit idols

Also, their rapping is really lacklustre

 

I would buy their releases for sheer entertainment value just watching their rapping was too cute for me

 

Seichan got third in the battle fes game event! Lol, usually that wouldn’t be exciting at all, but it also means she’ll be featured in battlefes ads in 3 train stations~

She was also third in the last one and was pasted on trains in the Yamanote line

At the concert today Seichan was announced as team B’s new center. Not sure what if it’s specifically for a team song or overall, but either way congratulations Seichan!

 

Actually it looks like that it's actually Megu who is Team B's New Center. But It wouldn't surprise me if she is #2 in Team B (The other Center you could say).

Seichan went to Snoopy Museum with Rei.

 

After Seichan got selected for senbatsu she shared her thoughts. I translated them.
They remind me again of how Seichan is such a smiley, versatile and energetic girl but how she's actually also really clever, down to earth and especially fiery although that's not always apparent.
She talks about it with previous periods in her AKB life in mind.

It reminds me how interesting her writing was even in her early G+ days.
I'll go on and see if there's anything else interesting worth posting.

 

I have always maintained that first stage play she got outside of 48G was a key turning point in how Seichan approaches being in 48.

Thanks for translating!! Yeah, it’s really a reminder of how far she’s come, I think... Getting maybe 10s of screen time in team MVs, being right in the back row, never in magazines, barely chosen for tv shows..

And now she’s aiming for Senbatsu... it’s really exciting huh.​

It's a Solo shoot for BOMB in the June issue (which will be out in May). She says she went to very beautiful/nice location(s) to shoot it, in a way that makes it feel like a special feature. So probably fancier than the usual normal shoot, and she said that she also got motivated to increase her looks or smt along those lines.

It's been some long days for her, yesterday she had 52th single related shoots and got up at 4:50AM. Today those went on and she got up even earlier.

 

she's working so hard ;; I hope she gets some proper rest soon. Looking forward to her solo shoot though omg!!

 

I think there’s also an interview in Zakzak entame with Naachan and Zukki about being in senbatsu and Teacher Teacher.

I’m glad her jobs have increased~

 

I hope this year ssk goes well for her, and i'm happy for the senbatsu seichan!

 

It’s incredible to see Seichan coming so far. I hope they continue and she achieves her future goals.
