I’m just saying that not every MV has relation with the lyrics.
Labrador had the dogs, so there’s that.
But KFC was just a parade and people dancing. No cookies.

My point being that a MV is just visual accompaniment to the song and that it just has to be visually engaging. Nothing else.
Or was there a teacher in the last single and I missed it?

You think people would realize this (alot of Music Videos in Music don't have relation with the lyrics).

Just the Showroom SSK (would be nice if we got an Majimuri one).

 

Who needs a PV when the Team 8 girls will surely perform the song everytime they can, like they do with Hachinosu dance ?
And the song ending being the most live performed of the entire single

 

At this rate they already perform it more times than the original cast

I like the videos for Undergirls, Upcoming Girls and Kinen, all 3 are so beautiful. Too bad the songs are still pretty generic-sounding.

 

The short MVs were nice. Here's my Bias showing: CHERPRANG LOOKED SUPER CUTE AS A BOY! Lol. Giving her that coconut! Kaotan's song was nice too! As well as Moe's! I have no comments for the others. Sorry.

I like the songs for Undergirls and Upcoming Girls...

but I have a critique of the last few singles that I can't stop thinking about. I haven't voiced my opinion about this before because I know it'll be downvoted to hell.... but the way they've been doing the vocal mixing is just so mishmashed and washed out that it sounds like the same group of girls are singing every song. It's been like these for maybe five or six singles now. I miss being able to distinguish individual voices. For instance... with songs like Kondo koso Ecstasy or Mizu no naka no Dendouritsu... you can hear who is singing each part. But these days, I seriously can't even tell anymore. It makes all the songs kind of run together for me in the worst way. If they won't invest in diversifying their portfolio, they should at least get some audio team that will make the songs have some sense of originality if they won't even attempt at trying new sounds.

 

I think it has more to do with the members? Ecstasy's vocal division is so distinguishable because some of them like Amina, Miss Showa, Makiko, Tano and Mochi all have noticeable voices. The iconic voices leaving and the new girls (except Mizuki, Naamin, and that STU's Azusa girl) almost sound the same play bigger part for me than the mixing. I do think the mixing has been off for chorus part tho. Love the song, but Teacher x2 mixing is the only one that really bugged me.
