I'm still not sure if I'm going to check my phone every now and then or just wait and hope somebody has uploaded the raw when I get home.

I feel weirdly nervous about the finale even though I'm not particularly invested in anyone in particular making it.

I have about 1h to watch before I have to leave for work If I can even access the stream. It's uh... not going very well at the moment. I predict my lunch break will be around the time they start announcing the top 12, but I've nowhere near enough data on my phone to watch a stream of it... Maybe I'll follow it on Twitter.

Yes me too, it's the only day during the 12-week run when I can't take leave due to an afternoon meeting arranged a long time ago. I'm following events on my phone thanks to the excellent twitter account of @Produce48France. (It's in French but that's not a problem for me!)

Concerning the name of the group:

IZ = 12
ONE = Well 1
You’re aupposed to read it like this: « As One »

In short, 12 girls who are united as one.
In my head: That one moldave group who sang Dragostea din tei in the 2000s

 

Ya’ll will get used to it. Like how we got used to IOI and Wanna One

 

From reading the Hangul, seems as if the group will be pronounced "I - Z - One" though Koreans will pronounce it as "I - Zu - One"

Produce48Update Twitter sent out a tweet clarifying that those rankings were based on live onsite voting, not including online votes. Honestly not sure at this point if they're better or worse off with the online votes included.

Wow, they didn't waste any time in updating the name! Thanks for the heads up about the French Twitter account - French isn't a problem for me either, so I'm keeping that tab open. Unfortunately I have an hour-long meeting in half an hour when the results will probably start being announced, but oh well.
