She still has 33 slots. Not that concerning I guess. I'll see how crowded/empty it is at the HS day.

 

All I can say is Naachan's handshakes are consistently better than 95% of the girls in the group.

It just means Naachan's have pretty good HS experience and she successfully keeps those fans while Mion is on and off sometimes like many other girls.

Mion is still one of the strong pushes from management as she finally broke through the SSK senbatsu magic number. Whereas Naachan finally broke into Kami 7.

Both are successful pushes imo but if you wanna say Naachan is a better push then I guess you can.

 

No offense. For a graduation surge, 2 slot sold is the norm. Heck, for a member with a loud following, it should be 6 sold on the whim.

1 is.....lets just say how far her follower actually willing to meet her for the last time in the group.

The impression I got from comments on social media is that a lot of Mion's casual and bandwagon fans (that she gained from her hype 2-3 years ago) gradually stopped going to her handshakes after the 2017 election. Ever since then, I've been seeing more and more comments from casuals saying they haven't gone to Mion's handshakes in several months. Most still seem to like her though and I haven't really seen any negative comments about her fan interactions. Many Mion oshis still attend her handshakes on a regular basis, she just doesn't have a large enough core fanbase (i.e. wotas who are Mion oshis) to always sell out 30+ slots without additional gimmicks. She's still doing all right though.

 

I thought 13 has some kind of lucky stories.

 

Unfortunately Juri has something of a reputation for salty handshakes and indeed that was my experience when I met her 2 years ago. It'll be interesting to hear reports on how long her queues are at these events.
