Single AKB48 56th [Sustainable] (2019/09/18)

It’s mainly the dark shadows around their faces, making them seem like they’re sleep deprived. It is the actual natural face but if they were going for a pretty face maybe they should’ve toned it down a little more? Some members look great with the look but others are suited for maybe a more finished look. If they weren’t wearing any makeup then we’d definitely see some areas that are darker and lighter(not everyone has perfect even skin). Maybe they’ve could’ve gone for a just woke up and splashed some water onto my face look which would’ve been nice to see

 

Going to be the contrarian but they look pretty imo. Well, Mion kind of looks like something from a horror movie (sorry!). But everyone else looks cute to me. You just have to take a minute to readjust from the sparkly, overexposed, glamorous look. And since people have mentioned "just getting out of bed", I'll say that how my girlfriend looks when she just wakes up is one of my favourite looks of hers . Soft, natural, vulnerable.

 

I think they use same graphic designer as Kokoro no Placard for the covers.

 

I like the covers, though that's probably because the girls I care about still look great suppin.

According to Yuiri it's "ほぼすっぴん", almost makeup-free. So they're wearing some makeup but not much. Also I think it differs from girl to girl, some (e.g. Moeka) seem to be wearing a little more.

According to Moeka's tweet, she said that she wasn't wearing any foundation. So I guess she isn't wearing much make-up LOL

I think most girls look fine though I do think maybe some of them need a little more make-up or better expressions. But I think Moeka, Yuiri and a few others look really cute/pretty even like this.

 

I think some girls look better because they have less eye rings. (Sorry don‘t know how to say it better)
Moeka looks nice. Sad they gave her 2 covers which looks nearly the same.

 

I'm quite enjoying this single so far tbh. The b-sides are decent and the A-side is great. The covers aren't my favorite, but honestly I bought Must Be Now from NMB, so I have no leg to stand on.

 

An Eco-friendly single indeed.

I like both coupling song, tho it's just a preview so they could be better or worse than my early expectation. I feel like they could've done more with Monika song's dance tbh.

Miru looked rough on that cover, actually some girls looked like they just had a really good party hours before the jacket cover shooting.

 

I fixed this in the wiki before I saw your comment because 1, nageebaa does not sound Japanese to me at all and 2, since Negaigoto no Mochigusare, I also recognise the 願 kanji Thank you as well though, since you went to the lengths of dropping me a private message as well.

That's absolutely priceless.

 

I really like this look. I think especially Dasu, Yumirin and Yuiyui look really good. Some of the girls (Miion and Miru) look a bit tired but for the most part I like the makeup and messy hair. I also think Yukirin looks really young next to them, which is good for her

 

Whut Jurina is the oldest Lol and yukirin really looks young without make up i never realize it

That wouldn't be a surprise as the KnP covers are also awful.

And I want to clarify my previous post, my opinion on the covers being putrid is based on the design of the cover rather than on how the members look, I wasn't looking too closely at their faces but at the overall design work.
