JKT48 1st original song (2019)

Next month indeed, but (I hope) it will be leaked this month since every sister groups have released their new single. It will be such a shame if JKT48 is only gonna sing their always-been-performed songs. It's so boring, surely.

 

Welp they've just announced Idol no Yoake download card, guess it's possible for them to release new single by later than September or not releasing new single at all for this ssk

It's a bit sad that it takes 8 friggin years for JKT to get an original song while 48/46G in japan release >200 song in total throughout 2011-2019

 

In part, I blame the old management for lacking any "creative" solution for bypassing AKS' decree.

 

Someone should move this thread into the News section + changing thread title into "21st Single" since (what I remember is...) the 21st Single will be the 1st Ori Single.

 

Yes. Actually there are some solutions, such as make an original soundtrack to a movie like BNK48 did. I sent that idea to JOT email long before bnk did it.

 

What I hope is that this marks the beginning of JKT48 releasing original music from here on out. I don't want any more cover singles.

 

yes, I agree. Cover songs can be for coupling song or team songs.

Anyway, I actually wish this year we will have a full 48 girls for ssk and a full 3 ori songs, but I guess JOT wants to save the songs for next single

 

48 Girls for ssk will never happen I think, what's the point of having competition if majority of them are gonna rank anyway
