SixTONES vs Snow Man's (new Johnny's groups) Oricon sales numbers are off the roof. Any guesses whether AKB48 wotas want to - and will - counter their 1.3 million first-week sales with this single or not?

 

I'm not convinced with this anymore.
Sakamichi inclusion is a 1 time a year thing.
And despite their absence and the current troubles, the other singles still manage to reach their milestone.
Thanks among some things to those neverending resale rounds.
There are chances the HS sales alone are now enough to reach the "goal". Sakamichi fans don't participate in those.
Also the upcoming change in AKS organisation looks like a 1st step to greatly reduce Aki-p's involvement.
I wouldn't be surprised if the sakamichi absence is also a part of this.
And the financial aspect might be in play.
46 girls inclusion isn't a free thing. After all, Sony has it's share from those kind of songs.

She won't. She has been in the group for 3 years and has graduated from school so I don't think there are any reason could make her graduated.
And she perform in the theater regularly so yeah, it wouldn't be another Moeka case as for what I know this girl.

 

46G fans did not involved in rising of HS sales tho, but they could buy regular edition with rare photo gimmicks (don't know if 46G have same photo gimmicks like 48G have).

IZ*ONE and Hinatazaka 46 have great start for AkiP-produced group so I hope this single will be good (although I bet the song will be very classic idol song since the center is your typical orthodox-dol)

Let's admit that 48G needs 46 fans to hype up the single or whatever cuz you can't win against them, they're on top right now, that zaka names really work in japan no matter what type of idol and genre as long as its zaka it will works.
