[GENERAL] The Nogizaka46 thread!

If it's anything like the first one, there might be a "Making of" for one or two of the MVs.

 

After five years, Nogizaka46 will release their new music video collection disc "ALL MV COLLECTION 2 ~ Ano toki no kanojo tachi ~" on 9 September 2020.

The music video collection 2 will include the music videos from Nogizaka46 14th single "Harujion ga Sakukoro" to 25th single "Shiawase no Hogosyoku".

The complete production edition will include a photo book, 4 discs (Blu-ray or DVD) of title track and c/w tracks' MVs and making-of videos, photo and event ticket; The first press edition 4 discs (Blu-ray or DVD) of the title track and c/w tracks' MVs and making-of videos, photo and event ticket; Title track edition will include 1 disc of MVs.

 

By the way, for the 46 hour tv, how did unit names like Suika, Inumen, and Tulip come about ? Are they just random names thought up by management ?

 

It's explained in Nogizaka Koujichuu #107-108

Inumen - the members were in a stage play together (すべての犬は天国へ行く)
Tulip - Maaya was drawing tulips everywhere
Suika - they were on diet and they decided that watermelon is a good prize for the one who loses the most weight (none of them likes watermelon though)

TV Tokyo's music show Melodix! Premium announces its guest artists lineup, and Nogizaka46 will perform their 25th single coupling song I see..., the show will be aired on 3 August 2020 (02:20 am JST).

Highlights:
-Maaya’s memories of summer in the Hiroshima countryside are of bike racing, climbing trees, and catching medaka fish with her grandpa.
-Shinuchi says that her hometown friends are at the age when they all want to get married. But out of 10 or 20 friends from her school days, only 2 have married. Neither Maichun nor Maaya have attended any weddings; Maichun’s schedule was busy. Maichun (28) says that a lot of the Nogi makeup artists are in their 30s, and are telling her that she’ll definitely meet someone before she turns 30. Although Maichun thinks she would marry late even if she hadn’t joined Nogi.
-Maaya’s vegetable garden ended up rotting, despite her encouraging them every day and her following advice from fans. When she was cleaning the remains off her veranda, she discovered that the vegetables had constantly been under the warm wind from her air conditioner’s outdoor condenser unit…
-When Maaya goes to karaoke, she's the person who plays the tambourine.
-Maaya’s Hiroshima dialect has been stronger lately, when off-camera. This is because during the stay-at-home period, she was on the phone all day with her parents. She left the call open even when she was watching dramas or in the bath. Ever since middle school, she’s talked to her parents every day.
-Maaya says that people in Hiroshima are like family and give each other friendly greetings on the street. So when Maaya came to Tokyo, she continued to greet strangers. She would stand outside the Nogi offices and greet everyone who walked by (“tadaima,” “konbanwa,” etc.), despite the huge numbers of people, until a manager called her over and told her that people don’t do this in Tokyo.
-Maaya sings a beef commercial at 1:05:00.
-Maaya plays a song on the radio that she often listened to in the car in Hiroshima, Amuro Namie’s New Look.
-Maaya was unable to attend her own coming of age ceremony because of stage work. A manager told her it was okay because she would still attend her Nogi coming of age ceremony at Nogi Shrine, but then the scheduling got messed up, so she missed that as well. Maaya still seems a bit sore about it, and Maichun, being Maichun, becomes sad.
