Not sure what you mean. MNL48 already released 10nen Sakura (Sampung Taon Ng Sakura) as a b-side for RIVER.

Sadly, based on what MNL48 Jem tells about the her recent live... due to some struggles of the management.. Mnl48 Jem tells that they're working on it to promote the single. we still have to wait if there's an MV to 10nen

Inside thought: perhaps they will not push through this B-side MV due to some circumstances of the members and the managements struggles.
I wish that the management will be overcome their management struggles and financial issues.
