Honestly this shouldnt be a big problem at all but the problem is its too early, 4ki just combined and still in growing phase, dropping news suddenly is kinda feel like betraying the trust of other member that dont want to mess up and do something that would affect the name of nogi especially during this changing time in nogi.
But well, the moment she agree to "go out" she should aware this could happen anyway so she should just accept what will happen later.

 

In all honesty, what do you think her consequence will be for a 4th generation idol who was entrusted to be one of the carriers of Nogi's future?

I had the same thought. When I saw the pic I got curious who it was. When I found out it's her. Ok, yeah, moving on.
I don't care who these girls date (if they are doing it in secret) but they know the rule. That is if it still exist. The least they can do is don't get caught. Or just don't. Simple.

 

It's probably another member or a staff that snitched on her tbh
