I absolutely love the new single! My favourite songs out of both groups so far have been =LOVE's "Teokure caution", "Shukusai" and "Poison Girl" - these are all ikorabu songs, and I'm so glad that Noimii finally has a song with that same vibe

 

Thanks for reminding me, I'm having a crazy month and forgot to watch it.

This, though… um, I lack words. Maybe a ‘this is the kind of content I signed up for’ would do it. Wow, just wow. Noimi was on track to #3 among my favorite groups, and with this track… if they keep this direction #1 is not out of question. The song goes straight to the playlist, the MV is ‘play on repeat until eyes hurt’ material, this… this.

I applied for Miruten's signature now, but I'm a bit bummed about the time slots for this one. I remember applying for AKB48's Limista signatures, and they were all in the late afternoon/evening but on different days. Miruten's slot is at 2pm, which is 5am for me But if I remember correctly, these livestreams usually end up archived somewhere as well so I can just watch it when I wake up.

 

I took a look at the website, but aren't sure of some of the details: 1) Would I be able to pay for my possible win with a non-Japanese credit card, and 2) Would I have to use Tenso etc. to get the physical goods shipped to me? I've never taken part in these kind of online events so I'm quite lost. I'd love to get Nanaka's signature...

 

I don't know, but let me add my 2 cents while we wait for a proper answer —

Unless you're dealing with a company that deals regularly with customers overseas (e.g. Amazon, CDJapan), I recommend always using Tenso (or similar) for shipping, even if you don't have to. Tenso will be familiar with the intricacies of shipping costs, customs costs and declaration, packing stuff safely, tracking, reducing the chances stuff gets lost, etc etc, not to mention they have the aggregation service if you're buying many small things in a short time. I heard more stories than I like about people thinking they'd get clever and get chekis or manga shipped directly, then they never get it, or it arrives damaged, or they discover they paid twice than they would have with Tenso… leave it to the pros

In theory yes, Limista list AMEX, VISA and MasterCard and they should accept them from any country. My UK AMEX card works fine but there's never any guarantee that any card will work.

As @Lalo Martins says it's best to use Tenso unless you know someone in Japan as a personal friend who can help.

 

I did this for AKB48's Limista event, and my UK Visa debit card was accepted! AMEX tends to work on most Japanese websites (it also works on Chara Ani, but Visa doesn't). So I believe a majority of foreign cards are accepted. You do need to provide a Japanese address though.

A question (or rather, something I want to confirm) about the solo jackets for their releases: are they only available for/sent to those who opt for the online Limista fansign?

I see some people selling =LOVE solo jackets secondhand but not ≠ME.

 

I don't know if ≠ME has done this before, but the application deadline for this single isn't over for another few days (period 1 ends tomorrow AFAIK but there's a 2nd sign-up period as well). The signing events are in mid February, and then it'll take another couple of weeks maybe until people receive their copies. I'd wait until early March or so until people start selling copies of them

They've done this solo jacket signing thing before with the first two singles, the mini-album and the debut outfit! The debut outfit one probably had a different procedure/availability since there are people reselling unsigned copies of the debut outfit solo jackets (I got myself Hiichan's haha) but I sadly couldn't find any resellers for the solo jackets after that, signed or unsigned (the KimiNatsu solo jackets are so pretty). Although there are people selling their signed =LOVE solo jackets. Either I'm not looking hard enough or people just want to hold on to their signed ≠ME merch (understandably).

God, just let me emigrate; I also missed the chance to pre-order Maika's birthday photo set.
