Single [SINGLE] Chocolove 2nd [Mail no Namida] 07/08/29

I think this is equally great as Ashita wa Ashita no Kimi ga Umareru (yes I took the trouble to spell everything out )

I'm really tempted to buy this single but my purse really doesn't permit me to...

Anyhow, sounds like Sae's got a few solo parts too. She seriously lacked that in Ashita wa Ashita no Kimi ga Umareru.

This really sounds like a really nice single!

I honestly thought this single was going to be terrible after the 30 second preview, but it's really good!
I'm not going to do anything until I see the covers.

I don't know if I like it more that Ashita, because I like the instrumental, but at parts it seems a bit too late 90s, kind of thing. Overall I really like it.

It sounds decent, not really sure if I prefer it to Ashita etc.

Judging from the name of the song, I'm hoping they get their revenge on the gunman by sending him a letter bomb in the post. But when it blows up, it's a chocolate explosion. However because the gunman is so close to the explosion, he suffers numerous injuries including a face that's scarred for life. This causes him to cry, hence the title Mail no namida.

 

^ Now no matter how good the PV turns out, I'll still be disappointed if it isn't like that. XD

I dunno why, but everytime I see the title of this single, I keep thinking of Ayaya's "Love Namidairo."

Anyway, can't wait!

It's a pretty long song aswell, just about 5 minutes, so they must have some sort of story to go on to fill up all that!

 

I absolutely LOVE IT from the radio rip I agree that it is better than Ashita, and I like that it's a little more up-tempo!

Can't wait for covers, but I am definitely buying this one. Just my opinion, but CHOCOLOVE is kicking regular AKB's ass in terms of singles lately LOL

Let's hope what happened with the song happens with the PV. We all hate the short preview but love the full version. If it's seriously just the ugly bg, the ugly dresses, a dance-shot and badly lit close-ups, I'll be so gutted. The girls look amazing, but that isn't enough to save the PV.

 

I really hate to say it, but the cover is pretty meh, and the PV looks BLEHHHHHHH. Those dresses are butt ugly. Stagnant colors and a boring background... sigh. It looks like we will pay for the awesome song. There's all kinds of things they could have done to make the video cool, but if that's all there is to it...
