    It didn't. The scene they stood next to light poles, the light was white. The scene the light poles were colorful, the poles were in the back far from them for their costumes to reflect the color. Neither the whole video was shot at 1 same spot.

    1. English name made it easy for foreigners regardless of first language to type in for search purpose. Try searching "moto kare desu" and the first entry possibly won't be the official video as it is not the exact match since the title is spelt as "元カレです", not "moto kare desu". Not speaking the English language is non-issue as every single pc in the world has English typesetting installed.
    2. It is easier to remember and pronounce.

    Did you even give it a try before you typed your message? :confused: First search result is the official MV, second is a live performance, third is the official dance MV. Even on Spotify it works. You just look silly by making those claims without even trying it yourself first lol

    It pains me to admit you make some good points here, even if they are more minor than you make them sound. The MV could have been done much better for all the effort that was invested (both by the girls in training and monetarily).

    As for the English title, as long as it's just a transliteration and not a (heaven forbid) translation of the song title, that would be a good idea (and is still something they can add). I can't help but wonder if some of the objections to the idea are from people who aren't aware that YouTube allows for multiple translations of video titles. That said, YouTube/Google has also heavily invested into machine translation and related technologies, so unsurprisingly searching for "moto kare desu" brings up the correct video, as @bonjourmarlene demonstrated.

    Searching for Japanese-language AKB48 titles such as 'Shitsuren, Arigatou' and 'Negaigoto no Mochigusare' using the Roman alphabet likewise brings up the MVs for those songs. In a similar vein, searching for any of the Sakamichi groups using the Roman alphabet will bring up each of their official YouTube channels (although you have to scroll past the first few videos) even though their names appear only in Kanji on them. Also, searching for Sasshi's idol groups as 'Equal Love', 'Not Equal Me' and 'Nearly Equal Joy' will bring up each of their official channels without having to try looking for certain mathematical symbols on your keyboard. :^^;:
