She's joking about misunderstanding Naachan's "duty" to be marrying someone, and then about the staff member like "is that who you're gonna marry?" The rankings might change tomorrow, as some members have said they will tally all votes and make sure there's not been any cheating etc., but even with Naachan's landslide individual victory, her team (Takoyaki Club) still only ranked second.
