She's 29, part of Nogi for 10 years now and with Ume they'll have a very good 3rd captain. But honestly, imo the flags are already waving a lot since 10th BDay live.

 

But she said she was going to be in Nogi until she was 46 years old! LOLz!

 

well if he graduates and works in Nogizaka management side it still counted right?

I was hoping she'll graduate at the end of a Manatsu no Zenkoku Tour

 

could it mean that both Asuka and Manatsu will miss each others grad? unless they make a surprise appearance

 

It's to be expected but I have the same thought for Manatsu-Manatsu tour grad but I guess they decide early. We have no confirmation about Asuka grad date yet but for now, thank you captain and last 1ki.

Fans found that today, Jan 7, the day Manatsu announced her graduation is the same with the date when Maiyan announced her graduation 3 years ago.

Despite her daring image, she's been a pillar for Nogizaka, in tv shows and in supporting her mates. A person than you learn how to love little by little.

I totally agree with you. At first I didn't like her very much, but little by little she starts to grow on you, there's nobody that don't love our captain Akimoto Manatsu.

 

I feel like Asuka and Manatsu have such rushed graduations. They can even stay longer if they want.Maybe they want to leave soon so that younger generations can shine more. Thank you for everything. You've been a wonderful member and captain.

I kinda know whacha mean. I thought Ayane would graduate before Manatsu. I really thought Manatsu would graduate at the end of the year like Ikuta and Asuka. That way she would have a big run up and one final princess episode on NogiChuu.

 

Makes sense, they're twins after all.

Manattan is not my oshimen but she is THE IDOL for me, secretly joined nogi without her parents approval,hiatus early on to focus on school sacrificing the important debut days and after she's back she went through all hardship with the media,fans and most importantly the members for hiatus and back directly to hachi fukujin senbatsu.
Even with all the judgment fall on her we can clearly see her hardwork trying to catch up with the group to not disappoint everyone, accepting any challenges with the batsu games and hit campaign and all the variety mischievousness.
Most importantly, lots we don't see but how she care for the group and the members.Getting the members trust since the start for being "late", being there for the members having similar troubles, all of those that it's not suprising when she became the 2nd Captain.
She is the idol in many ways, the master of azatoi and the falling art, her love for the group are so great I hope the next captain and the rest of members can carry it on.
2 months to go, looking forward to the graduation live.
