I think it's just a rough gauge of their popularity. Should not be taken too literally. But then again it's one of the data available to public. I would consider Nagi, Sakutan, Terepan, Miku and Mao as the first tier, but Nao, Aruno and Satsuki are very close. 5ki are still very competitive.
I would put Nagi on her own tier , her winnin rate is as difficult as Kaki tickets . Then 2nd tier would be Sakutan , Miku , Teresa , Mao
The new uniforms that Nao and Aya are wearing now on Nekojita SR are quite nice. They look heavy though for the summer.

As much as I want that pairing, I don't think they will do that. And I'd rather see Ioki solo center. But a unit is very possible.
Kakki × Ioki don't seem plausible. First they never have cross generation w-center so far, except for Under. But Ioki solo center might be possible if she keeps rising. Although Miku, Terepan, Sakutan, Satsuki are possible contenders as well. Let's see who can fully sold-out in 2nd round next week.
