Graduation announcements thread

I was thinking it has to be someone younger so that she can be here for at least a few years... So 20 or younger. it also has to be a member who has some popularity, and well, also a member who's regular senbatsu if possible... and who has some leadership skills... that doesn't really leave a lot of choices lol. The only one who kinda fits the description is Manaka but she's not regular senbatsu. She does have good enough HS sales to be in senbatsu though... so maybe they'll give it to her and just make her regular senbatsu.

For Naru, I think she will most likely be the leader in the group that will be created from OO48, they push her a lot in the show and kinda with that role... it feels like the group will have Naru leader, Yuiyui center. Something like this.

 

Well... The problem with Manaka is that sometimes she speaks too much and challenges the management. Why not Satomina? With Satomina pior não fica.

But it's not like they won't be AKBs anymore. In a way, Naru fits the role because she's becoming a popular members but she's also not someone they want to push as a center.

 

A good successor to Miion

Yes but I just thought that it might be too much if she does both lol. But it's a possiblity... They definitely push her a lot more these days and her HS sales are following, she's the 4th best seller right now compared to being like 6th or 7th previously? They definitely won't give her the center push though so I guess being captain/leader/GM is what she could get. However she will turn 23 this November, and if they announce a new future GM in December, it would take like one year for Miion to be gone etc. etc. and for the next one to take the role (unless they'll give it to her directly). Naru would be like 23-24 by the time she becomes GM and I feel like... unless she plans to stay until she's 28+ or something, it's a bit late in age. But who knows...

 

About time really and that's not a diss on her. She could have been making $$$ doing Image Videos rather than dawdling around in AKB.

 

Mogichan grad was expected. If i'm not wrong she hinted before that she would grad by when she is 25. Don't know if we can blame management for this one.

 

Some senpai, maybe Sasaki Yukari, but as she wouldn't last for long, they might pick Zukkii or some random unexpected pick like Yamane Suzuha/Asai Nanami/Muto Orin.

 

With Naru, I think age is less the issue rather than how long she's already been with AKB. She's part of the original Eitos, which means it'll be her 10th year in the group in April. She'd have to become the next Miichan/Yukirin for it to be worth it passing it to Naru.

I also can't really imagine anyone else as GM at this point, but I'll also say that anyone after Takamina was a surprise to me tbh. Mion has very positively surprised me, so I'm willing to give anyone a chance really. Although I don't like management's choices most of the time, I would still say they know the members and their capabilities better than I do.

 

There is no need for a GM now that the 48G are operating independently from each other.

They’ll probably change the title to captain or something and give it to Berin.

 

I agree of they Go on with less members in the group.
Nogi has Ume as Captain for the whole group alone too.
