This a Sakamichi Series/48 Group spreadsheet to which the original source of the subtitles is attached. G.E.E.S. uploads them as an attachment to a private video on Dailymotion, from which others can then extract the .srt file.

I expect that Sanjuro's seen it by now, and will upload his extract and kevlonewolf's 720p video file soon.

 

For those who usually watch the subtitles with the Nogizaka Haishinchuu 1080p version, as I do, this and the episode that just aired a few hours ago are nigh unwatcheable. The Haishinchuu staff had to gut the karaoke audio to avoid copyright strikes, so there's a lot of silence. Watch kevlonewolf's T.V. cut, then just skip to the Haishinchuu ending extra afterwards. It's Itou Riria-san & Kuromi-san this week.

So...I got a new gaming PC! I just did the hardsubs right now and the encoding finished in less than 10 minutes! I'm excited to do more hardsubs! This has expedited the process so much! (It took around 2 hours on my old PC so this is a huge upgrade.)
