Anyway since I like the preview,
I did some research on the MV location of U-20's Hoshi ga Kienai uchi ni!

The location seems to be Hakuho Girls School in Yokohama! (白鵬女子高等学校)
(35°30'58.0"N 139°39'30.9"E)
Based on these two features observed in the preview: (pyramidal roof structure and a white tower building)


Which matches the school model from Google map:


Idol group Kobushi Factory did an MV there (www.youtube.com/watch?v=mh7kpsslCPQ),

in which at the end when the camera pan you can see both the white tower and brown pyramidal roof:

U-20 Event is called 「AKB48 U-20選抜『星が消えないうちに』お楽しみ遠足会」 (AKB48 U-20 Fun Excursion)

• Will be held on April 6 from 5PM to 9PM in an unspecified location in Tokyo.
• All 17 members that performs "Hoshi ga Kienai uchi ni" will participate.
• Fans can apply with the serial number found in the Limited ver CDs, and need to choose 1 oshimen from the 17 members.
• Only 102 lucky fans can get to join the event. (I'm assuming they'll pick 6 fans for each members)
• Place is unspecified but the note says "attractions", so it might be an amusement park similar to last year's Hanayashiki.
