I got my American Dollar ($1) when I was in Bali Island.
It was only for collection purpose.
I also got my another American Dollar (same amount) and some American coins from one of my colleagues here in Japan, although the purpose is still the same: for collection, not for shopping. (^0^)
We do not use Dollar here in Japan for shopping. (^0^)

So keep yourself being curious and keep guessing. (^人^)
Even Korin did not reveal the location in her MOBAME. (^∇^)

Yes, Makistar-san explained correctly.
Gideon-san already explained to you what MOBAME is (a shortening, a Japanese phrase for Mobile Mail - Mobairu Meeru).
The format of MOBAME is similar to FC, where you can see writings and photos, only that it is delivered to your mobile phone so you do not have to read it from PC.
Also it is not the contents of FC delivered to your mobile phone.
There are FC (You might hear it as FC BUROGU, for FC Blog) and MOBAME because the contents of the services are different.
MOBAME also exclusive to Japan only (since it is using only Japan mobile services).
