I doubt they'll have a Christmas single this year. This one's way too early and the next one's too late. Maybe next year?

Trick-or-treat, after Jazz and Rock-n-Roll, is like the only U.S. contribution to world culture. We totally need to let kids in Japan know what that is about so they can demand it. No child anywhere should be denied an annual night of candy debauchery while in costume.

I will listen to whatever song AKB48 releases. I will likely love it.

I just realized the other part of the Holy Trinity- chocolate.

Chocolate, sex, and death. AKB48 are chocolate, sex, and death. I hope they do a song about chocolate, sex, and death.

^Ah, you're right, I was thinking the 19th single was 12/27, but I guess this one is the one released on the 27th. In that case, they could totally do a Christmas single, but then there'd be two gimmicks for that single: random senbatsu AND Christmas. (And if N got the lead for a holiday-themed single, I'd cry... sad tears.)

But then she could play Santa Claus, whoever got #2 could play Mrs. Claus, and everyone else could play the elves and reindeer!

I find this all so funny because I was thinking of them doing a christmas song today before I read this! I really think they could all do sexy santa costumes with some raindeers and decorate the tree and open presents! The UG could be angle themed and theater girls snow playing themed [party] YAY! I LOVE CHRISTMAS TIME!

So, how likely do you guys think it is that the title(s) will be revealed (or song performed?) at either the Janken tournament or the temple concert? I'm getting frustrated, as usual. [boom]

^ I say that they will reveal the songs during the Janken Pon Tournament, it is around the same time frame as Heavy Rotation's songs were revealed before it's release (a month). Well that's what I think and because it's such a huge event (that's apparently shorter than we thought) that they will do something big before it ends.

P.S. The lack of information right now is starting to frustrate me as well

I would say that they're almost definitely going to perform the new songs at the Janken Pon event. They have such a big venue at their disposal, why waste it by only doing the tournament (that could probably happen in under a minute if they wanted.)

What if it's a hallowen theme and the girls dress up as like vampires?

Anyways, RIVER was released at the end of October too and it wasn't Halloween-themed. I doubt it'll be Halloween-themed but what do I know >_>

Hmm...well if they're vampires in tight leather and whatnot...I guess I might like it? [wonder] It depends on the execution of the ENTIRE single.

But seriously...I wonder who AKB and management can top the "Heavy Rotation" PV. Cats, cakes, and bathtubs is kind of a tough act to follow, na mean?

The more we talk about a halloween themed single the more I don't want it haha.

But sexy vampires doesn't sound so bad when you think about it though.

I'd take the River 2 idea though, or that dark-ish song that isn't halloween themed.

Well there's nothing wrong with vampires i guess people are just tired of seeing them haha. Especially here in America with all the movies and books taking over like twilight. Now i'm not asking for a huge debate on this matter since i want to focus on the single but it's just my 2 cents on the whole vampire matter.

But back to the single itself, i'd really like to hear some info about this single soon [sweat]
